Julie Hawke – General Manager (MBA, CPPM, AIM)

In a career spanning over 13 years’ in the ICT industry, mainly in the area of Project Management, Julie has delivered many complex projects for both public and private sector clients. After undertaking an MBA, she went on to become a Certified Practicing Project Manager and a certified PRINCE2/PMBOK practitioner.

Julie is also active in the Project Management industry as an elected member of the Qld Chapter of the Australian Institute of Project Management.  Coming from a solid background in business and communication, Julie is a business consultant who takes time to see through the client’s eyes and plan strategic changes in line with their goals.

Jayson Hawke – Director/Executive Manager Professional Services (MIT,CPPM)

Jayson has more than eleven years’ experience in the management of complex organisations, including Queensland Health, BHP Billiton, Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Brisbane City Council.  He holds a Masters in IT and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.

An accomplished Project Manager, Jayson has a proven track record in successful delivery of Strategic technology planning, application, infrastructure and service management projects.

Matt Baker – Solution Delivery (PRINCE2 Practitioner)

Matt has over 12 years experience in the IT industry, predominately within various IT Support roles and involvement in IT rollout projects.

He is highly proficient in a vast range of technologies and has worked within IT departments for Tourism, Law, Banking, Council, Training and Retail organisations. Matt has an excellent understanding of client needs and is easily able to build rapport with clients on all levels.

Mark Barrie – Associate Consultant

Mark is an accomplished Service Delivery Manager with over 25 years’ professional, managerial and industry experience in both the private and public sectors including Telstra, Flight Centre Technology, CITEC and a number of Queensland State Government Departments.

He has considerable experience managing multiple ICT operational teams, associated budgets and customer engagements. Mark’s outcomes-focused approach is evidenced by a history of successful Service Management Improvement and Organisational Change projects.
