Clarity has a Management Team with in excess of 100 years collective business consulting experience across a diverse mix of Public and Private industries including, but not limited to, Health and Human Services, Resources and Mining Services, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Tourism and Law Enforcement.
Our people are engaged because of their commitment to business improvement and the sharing of knowledge and experience gained over many years of successful consultancy and solution delivery.  We are Brisbane based but regionally focused and also have a branch in the ACT.
In addition, our team is fully supported with intellectual property and all work is quality assured through a peer review process.
Julie Hawke – General Manager (MBA, CPPM, AIM)
In a career spanning over 13 years’ in the ICT industry, mainly in the area of Project Management, Julie has delivered many complex projects for both public and private sector clients. After undertaking an MBA, she went on to become a Certified Practicing Project Manager and a certified PRINCE2/PMBOK practitioner.
Julie is also active in the Project Management industry as an elected member of the Qld Chapter of the Australian Institute of Project Management.  Coming from a solid background in business and communication, Julie is a business consultant who takes time to see through the client’s eyes and plan strategic changes in line with their goals.
Jayson Hawke – Director/Executive Manager Professional Services (MIT,CPPM)
Jayson has more than eleven years’ experience in the management of complex organisations, including Queensland Health, BHP Billiton, Queensland Police Service (QPS) and Brisbane City Council.  He holds a Masters in IT and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
An accomplished Project Manager, Jayson has a proven track record in successful delivery of Strategic technology planning, application, infrastructure and service management projects.
Don McFeat – Associate Consultant
In a consulting career of twenty years, Don specialises in assisting organisations to enhance productivity and to manage business operational risk with a strong emphasis on the human dimension. He has developed service delivery arrangements for the Australian Parliament, facilitated integrated change to support structural changes in many organisations and developed and implemented performance management arrangements in not for profit organisations and Government agencies. Don’s strengths lie in his proven facilitation skills and ability to relate to people at all levels of the organisation.
Michelle Mancktelow – Associate Consultant
Michelle is an experienced leader in contextualising and integrating project, program, and portfolio management with a special focus on governance, risk and benefits realisation. The industry experience she brings spreads across the public and private health sectors from preventative and general practice to the acute setting and aged care services, ICT infrastructure and systems, and construction – new builds, redevelopment, and maintenance. She is instrumental in developing enterprise solutions and has a commitment to assisting organisations mature using a lessons learned approach. Her skills in performance monitoring, review systems, critical analysis and reporting identifies consolidation opportunities and burning issues for clients.
Dolores O’Brien – WHS Consultant
Dolores has a wealth of OHS experience within the Construction/Civil engineering industry. She has a Diploma in Occupational Health and safety and has extensive experience supporting in a wide range of health and safety services in order to reduce risk, improve safety and wellbeing for employees and ensuring organisations are legally compliant. Dolores specialises in auditing, risk assessments, emergency response management and the implementation and reviewing of HSEQ management systems. Dolores is a dynamic communicator that continuously excels at engaging with all levels of an organisation.
