Designed for telephone-based clinical assessment, triage, advice and referral,  Odyssey TeleAssess, formerly known as TAS, is used across the world by healthcare professionals in a variety of primary and emergency care settings, including GPs in hours, GP out of hours services, ambulance services, health advice lines and healthcare insurance.

+PathFinderRF
Plain Healthcare has recently launched PathFinderRF to complement its Odyssey clinical decision support range. PathFinderRF is an enhanced version of the innovative on-line referral facilitation and clinical communication system developed by Nene Commissioning in 2009. It enables Commissioning Groups and other Primary Care Organisations to manage the quality of referrals and the communication of clinical information from general practice to specialist and community services. In Nene, it has proved popular with GPs and hospital specialists – and been associated with a decline in the rate and costs of referrals to secondary care.
