Our process involves:

  • Meeting for an informal chat about your business challenges and how your current technology may be able to be enhanced to meet your growing needs.
  • Asking questions, like:
    1. If technology projects have failed in the past, what have been the largest contributing factors?
    2. Is it a technology issue, a process issue, a people issue or is the problem a combination of any or all factors?
    3. Is this the right software for the task?
    4. What are the immediate technology project on your technology roadmap?
    5. What business requirements need to be met with technology?
    6. Is your management team ready for changes?
    7. Can you get better value out of your existing technology investments?
  • After consideration, we’ll email you to explain whether we can help in this case. If we can’t, we’ll say so and will perhaps recommend a trusted partner for your particular case.
  • We’ll come back to you to clarify the scope, budget, and our fit
  • After a meeting with key senior people, we’ll write a full Proposal with Situational and Needs Analyses, Terms and Costing
  • We’ll then refine the proposal with you and on acceptance conduct a Project Kick-off Meeting
  • A Project Plan, Strategy and Schedule is drawn up
  • Regularly fortnightly or weekly meetings, with reporting on progress to ensure all is on track and we are meeting our commitments to you
  • Change requests are drawn up if the project scope expands vastly, and we remain flexible at all times
  • Project Delivery Assurance system protects your organisation throughout.
